1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for products and services purchased from Hassan AI Systems.

By purchasing from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products

All digital products sold by Hassan AI Systems are:

  • Delivered electronically

  • Accessible immediately after purchase

  • Licensed intellectual property

These include (but are not limited to):

  • AI Client Content System

  • AI Reporting & Retention System

  • Agency AI Systems Bundle

  • Unlimited Agency License

  • Small Business AI Content System

2.1 No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted.

This is because:

  • Digital files can be copied or retained

  • Access is immediate upon purchase

  • Intellectual property is transferred in usable form

2.2 Waiver of 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases.

However:

By purchasing and accessing digital products from Hassan AI Systems, you:

  • Explicitly agree to immediate delivery

  • Acknowledge that access begins immediately

  • Waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off right

This waiver is agreed to at the point of purchase.

3. Done-For-You Services & Consulting

This includes:

  • AI Agency Systems Implementation

  • Consulting

  • Installation services

  • Advisory work

3.1 Deposits

If a deposit is required:

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3.2 After Work Has Begun

Once:

  • Consultation calls have occurred

  • Audit work has started

  • Implementation has commenced

  • Strategy has been delivered

No refunds will be provided.

This is due to time, labour, and intellectual property already delivered.

3.3 Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel before work has commenced, refunds may be considered at our discretion, minus any administrative or payment processing fees.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A technical error prevented delivery

  • We are unable to provide the purchased product or service

All decisions are at the sole discretion of Hassan AI Systems.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Access to products will be revoked

  • Licenses will be terminated

  • Further action may be taken to recover funds

We encourage customers to contact us directly before raising disputes.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

Attempting to obtain a refund after downloading or accessing materials while retaining copies is a breach of intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to take legal action where misuse occurs.
