5. License Terms

Standard Agency License (£199 / £299 / Bundle)
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use outputs generated to serve your own clients
You may NOT:
Resell the product
Redistribute the files
Share access externally
Claim authorship
Offer the system as your own product
Unlimited License (£999)
The Unlimited License allows:
Use by unlimited internal team members
Use across unlimited client accounts within one organisation
It does NOT permit:
Resale
Redistribution outside your organisation
Sub-licensing
Small Business License (£39)
For single-user internal use only.
No redistribution permitted.
6. Done-For-You Implementation Services
For implementation or consulting services:
Scope of work will be agreed prior to commencement.
Timeline estimates are not guarantees.
Customer must provide necessary access, materials, and cooperation.
Delays caused by the Customer may extend timelines.
Implementation does not guarantee:
Revenue increases
Client retention improvements
Business performance outcomes
We provide systems, structure, and advisory expertise — results depend on execution.
7. Payments
All payments:
Are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed
For services:
Full payment or agreed instalment schedule must be honoured.
Late payments may delay services.
We reserve the right to suspend delivery for non-payment.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of products:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
For services:
Refunds are not provided once work has commenced.
Exceptions may be considered at the Company’s discretion.
The customer agrees to waive their 14-day cooling-off period
9. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, frameworks, graphics, text, and materials remain the intellectual property of Hassan AI Systems.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership.
Unauthorised distribution, resale, or duplication may result in legal action.
10. Use of AI & Technology Disclaimer

Does not guarantee AI platform availability
Is not responsible for third-party AI tool changes
Does not guarantee output quality
Customers are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
11. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
Revenue increases
Client acquisition
Business success
Specific financial outcomes
All business decisions and implementation outcomes remain the responsibility of the Customer.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Hassan AI Systems shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of revenue
Loss of business
Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service.
Nothing excludes liability for:
Fraud
Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded
13. Confidentiality
We will not disclose confidential information shared during implementation services, except where legally required.
Customers agree not to publicly share proprietary materials or internal system documentation.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms
Refuse service where misuse occurs
Upon termination, license rights cease.
15. Website Use
You may not:
Attempt to hack or disrupt the website
Copy website content without permission
